moleqr.com provides short links and QR codes on the domain 4q.am that redirect to user-defined destination URLs. Depending on the selected options, additional features such as editable destination URLs or click statistics may be included.
Users are solely responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of the destination URLs they submit. Users must ensure that their use of the services complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The services link to external websites over which we have no control. Vectrai S.L.U. is not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of linked external websites.
Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout, a payment service provided by Stripe, Inc. Vectrai S.L.U. does not process, store, or have access to payment card details.
Stripe acts as an independent payment service provider. Stripe’s own terms, privacy policy, and technical measures apply to payment processing and payment pages.
Invoices are issued via Wiwink (wiwink.com). All invoice and billing data is processed and stored on Wiwink’s servers in accordance with their policies.
Subscription upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation.
If a subscription that includes statistics is changed to a subscription without statistics, all statistics data collected up to that point will be permanently deleted.
Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are granted for remaining balances or unused time within the billing period.
Deletion of a short code results in the permanent deletion of all associated data and the immediate termination of any active subscriptions linked to that code. No refunds are granted in such cases.
The services provided by 4q.am and moleqr.com are digital services within the meaning of EU consumer protection law.
By completing a purchase, users expressly agree that the digital service begins immediately after payment. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Vectrai S.L.U. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services, in whole or in part, if we become aware of illegal use, prohibited content, abuse, or misuse of the services, in accordance with applicable law.
The services may not be used for malware distribution, phishing, fraud, copyright infringement, illegal content, or other abusive activities.
Upon receiving notice or becoming aware of such use, we reserve the right to disable or remove affected short links or QR codes without prior notice.
We strive for high availability of our services. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectrai S.L.U. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any indemnification, liability, or compensation arising from or related to the use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the respective service.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Spanish law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
